The TIP Program (Training → Internship → Placement System)
The TIP Program is a structured execution system designed to convert 2020–2024 graduates into industry-ready professionals for Production Support and Data Analyst roles through a controlled progression model of Training → Internship → Placement. Unlike traditional courses, this program focuses on practical, job-aligned skill development required in real production environments — including system monitoring, issue resolution, data handling, and business-driven analysis. Students are not just taught — they are trained under a system that enforces consistency, execution, and measurable progress through real-world simulations and performance tracking. The program includes: • Core technical training (Java, SQL, Data Analysis, Production Support fundamentals) • Real-world project development simulating live production systems • Internship-level task execution (tickets, debugging, reporting, data handling) • Continuous performance tracking with feedback loops • Interview preparation for support and analyst roles • Direct placement support pipeline based on performance benchmarks This program is specifically designed for graduates who are struggling to enter the IT industry due to lack of practical exposure or job-ready skills. This is not for passive learners. Only candidates who commit to the system and meet performance benchmarks progress toward internship and placement opportunities.
